At Fancy Pets Planet, we want every client to feel fully confident in their purchase. Our Refund and Returns Policy outlines the procedures for returning purchased items or requesting assistance in special circumstances.

Accessories

• Accessories (such as collars, leashes, or jewelry) may be returned within seven (7) days of purchase, provided they are unused, in new condition, and still have the original tag attached.

• Refunds for eligible items will be issued in the original form of payment once the product is inspected and approved.

Live Animals

Please note that animals are not products that can be returned or exchanged. Bringing a puppy or kitten into your life is a lifelong commitment, and we ask all clients to be certain of their decision before moving forward. We strongly encourage every prospective owner to do thorough research, ask questions, and ensure they are fully prepared for the responsibility of pet ownership.

All pets are sold under a formal contract, which does not allow for returns or refunds. However, in the rare event that unforeseen circumstances prevent you from keeping your pet, Fancy Pets Planet will assist you in finding a new, loving home. We maintain lifelong contact with our clients and are committed to ensuring that none of our dogs or cats ever end up in shelters.
